'Atrium Investments Ltd' - the property managers for BDO Tower are located on Level 16 of the building. This creates a close relationship between tenants and management, and ensures that there is always someone available to take care of any property management issues that may arise. We have a team of experts on-site to deal with anything from maintenance requirements to account queries.

We also have on-site carpark management who are able to assist with all parking issues, and with whom an arrangement can be made to facilitate paying for your guests car parking in our 736-space site.

Our 24 hour concierge, provided by 'Atrium Security', meets and greets guests in the lobby and provides instant response to alarms and security issues that may arise. They also provide a liasion point for tenants, to make enquiries and get help in emergencies. Their office, located in the foyer of the building, also provides security to the shopping centre and carpark.

The security of tenancies is paramount at all times and all entries, exits and stairwell doors are covered by an extensive CCTV surveillance and proximity card access control system. This also operates the perimeter doors, loading bays, and lift cars after hours and access to tenancies can be tailored to your requirements.

Management is always available to assist with tenants requirements - organising cleaning services, coordinating tenancy fitouts, providing access, carpark operations, data cabling or security installations.
